After several starts and stops over land purchases, Toyota Motor Corp. announces that it will build a $200-million engine plant on a 150-acre site in Buffalo, WV. The operation eventually will employ 500 and supply the company's new truck assembly plant going up in Princeton, IN, near Evansville.
