Mitsubishi Introduces New Look for Dealerships Worldwide

Mitsubishi says the uniform design will ensure a cohesive experience for customers across all points where they encounter the brand, from auto shows, websites and brochures to the dealership.

Mitsubishi is introducing a new design for the interior and exterior of its 5,000 dealer stores worldwide.

The new design features black, white and gray color schemes with red dynamic lines as an accent.

Mitsubishi’s new face will make its first appearance later this year at Australian dealerships.

Mitsubishi says the uniform design will ensure a cohesive experience for customers across all points where they encounter the brand, from auto shows, websites and brochures to the dealership.

The move is based on the “Drive your Ambition” brand message announced last year, and is intended to provide a better customer experience in a high-quality retail environment and to strengthen Mitsubishi’s brand image.

“Our brand is evolving, and we need to reflect this in each and every customer touch point,” Guillaume Cartier, senior vice president-global marketing and sales, says in a statement. “We are implementing the new dealer identity to ensure that the customers can experience a consistent Mitsubishi-ness including look and feel, and service quality of Mitsubishi Motors wherever they are in the world.”
