In the December issue, Ward's reported former Bronx (NY) Lincoln-Mercury dealer Robert Federico received a five-month jail sentence and five years probation after pleading guilty to stealing $500,000 from 50 customers over a 16-month period. In fact, Federico's formal sentencing is scheduled for this month athough the penalty could indeed include a four-month jail term and probation, says his attorney.
