Most-watched car commercial features ’20 Nissan Versa.

For a second straight week, Nissan tops iSpot.tv’s ranking of the most-viewed automotive commercials – the ads racking up the highest number of impressions across national broadcast and cable TV airings.

The first-place ad for the week of Sept. 9, a spot for the ’20 Nissan Versa, features music by Andreya Triana.

No.2 is Audi’s take on action films in which a woman dreams of escaping police custody on a plane and jumping off to catch a ride in the Q3. This ad has the best iSpot Attention Index (164) in the ranking, getting 64% fewer interruptions than the average auto ad (interruptions include changing the channel, pulling up the guide, fast-forwarding or turning off the TV).

Chevrolet spokesman Potsch Boyd takes time in the third-place spot to thank everyone who completed surveys for J.D. Power, which awarded the company more accolades than any other brand over the past four years.

Fourth place goes to GMC’s ad spotlighting the ’19 Sierra’s six-function MultiPro tailgate and available financing for well-qualified buyers.

Volkswagen rounds out the ranking with a spot for the Atlas which, the company says, has best-in-class third-row legroom.
