The car-buying process has long been a contentious experience for many consumers. While vehicles are essential purchases, dealerships often leave buyers frustrated due to complex pricing structures, high-pressure sales tactics and a lack of transparency.
Digital tools are meant to improve the process. Matt VanDyke, president of Shift Digital, has plenty of experience working with dealers as a former marketing and sales executive with Ford. He talks with host David Kiley about improving business for both dealers and consumers.
Kiley also discusses the latest disruptions to the industry caused by Trump tariffs and an announced rollback of emissions regulations.
