Jeep releases more images of its third-generation Compass ahead of its launch in Europe later this spring, including one with the base chassis on the production line in Melfi, Italy.
Built on Stellantis’ STLA Medium platform, it remains on track to begin series production this year.
As automakers strive to meet consumer demand for a diverse powertrain choice, the Compass will be offered with an expanded powertrain lineup. Included will be e-hybrid, e-hybrid plug-in and battery-electric options, with all-wheel drive available on select models.
Stellantis promises all powertrain options will offer “affordable Jeep capability, best-in-class performance and state-of-the-art technology.”
