If increasing Land Rover sales are any indication of a growing market for luxury sport/ utilities (SUVs), then Lincoln's Navigator should do well. This year -- for the first time in its history -- Land Rover North America Inc. will sell more than 20,000 vehicles in the U.S., up at least 72% from the 12,045 units it sold in 1994.
