Nearly 500 people attended last week's WardsAuto Interiors Conference in Novi, MI, to learn about the latest trends in vehicle interiors. The day included keynotes by top designers at Ford, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo, as well as several panel sessions focused on next-generation cockpits, advanced materials, manufacturing, autonomous-vehicle interiors and the ultimate user experience. Ceremonies also were held to bestow awards for Wards 10 Best Interiors and the College for Creative Studies Student Design Competition.
