There are a lot of awards for new vehicles. But arguably the most prestigious and sought after honor is the North American Car, Truck and SUV of the Year award.

The award organization, a non-profit, is made up of 50 journalists representing a wide selection of ages, media organizations and cultures. Each year, they evaluate new vehicle designs that meet their criteria to name three winners.
