A Los Angeles-based private real estate investment company, Griffin Capital, now owns Superior Nissan of Puente Hills in City of Industry, CA.

Built in 1993, the 76,109-sq.-ft. dealership includes a three-story building that comprises the showroom, office space, parts storage and car maintenance services.

“Superior Nissan of Puente Hills has a strong performance in car sales and leasing and is the dealership of choice for residents in the San Gabriel Valley,” says Michael Ross, managing director of Colliers International, which handled the sale.

“Given that Superior Nissan is a repeat client, we were familiar with the seller's needs and were able to match this prime opportunity of a stabilized, long-term investment with the ideal buyer,” Ross says.

In a $27-million deal earlier this year, Colliers brokered an 88,000-sq.-ft. Superior Nissan dealership in Carson, CA.
