Christoph Schmülling received the M.Sc. degree and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the TU Dortmund University, Dortmund, Germany, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. He has been a research associate at the Institute of Electrical Drives and Mechatronics at TU Dortmund University, Dortmund, Germany, from 2012 to 2016. Since 2016 he is a technical expert for electric machines at the Cooperate Advanced Engineering department of MAHLE International GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany.
