Advanced Dealer Solutions Promotes Justin Marsh to Vice President of Dealer Services
Industry veteran to lead dealer-facing strategy, training, and growth initiatives across automotive, RV, and powersports segments
Advanced Dealer Solutions (ADS), a leading independent F&I training and development firm, has announced the promotion of Justin Marsh to Vice President of Dealer Services, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in dealer performance, training innovation, and scalable growth.
Marsh brings a diverse background in automotive retail, training, and performance development to the role. Since joining ADS in December 2024 as Director of Training & Development, he has led the expansion of the company’s training platform, introduced new performance initiatives, and played a key role in strengthening dealer outcomes across its client base.
In his new position, Marsh will oversee ADS’s dealer-facing operations, including sales strategy, performance coaching, and vendor partnerships, with a focus on driving measurable results for dealer partners in an increasingly competitive and compliance-driven F&I environment.
