Maranello, a Plano-based luxury auto garages company, today announced its first major construction milestone for its new facility, alongside the appointment of industry veteran Brian Benjamin as Director of Sales.
Maranello plans to break ground on its Plano facility in Q4 2025, with construction expected to be completed in approximately 13 months. Since the company’s first announcement in 2025, Maranello is reporting that 25 percent of the units have been pre-sold, underscoring strong demand for its luxury, climate-controlled auto storage concept.
“We are very pleased with the reception we have received from the car collector community,” says Michael Holigan, Maranello CEO. “We were waiting to kick off marketing the development until we break ground but already have reservations for over 25 percent of the units just from the announcement of the community. Our clients collect Ferraris, Koenigseggs, Aston Martins, Porsches, Ford GTs, McLarens, and other sports car brands.”
To lead sales growth and client relations, Maranello has appointed Brian Benjamin as its Director of Sales. Benjamin brings more than 30 years of automotive experience, including 27 years at Boardwalk Auto Group where he most recently served as Sales Manager at Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with car collectors of some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands,” says Benjamin. “Joining Maranello is a unique opportunity to work on a development that sets a new standard for how serious car collectors and enthusiasts can enjoy their vehicles in an environment that transforms their lifestyle. I look forward to helping build that community.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Brian Benjamin to the Maranello team,” adds Holigan. “I have been a client of Brian’s for years. Now that construction is about to begin, this is the perfect time to add Brian to the team and for him to begin speaking with people that have the same kind of passion for cars.”
