Autoliv says ups stake in NHA China joint venture

STOCKHOLM, July 24 (Reuters) - Autoliv , the world's biggest maker of air bags and seat belts, said on Monday it had increased its stake in Chinese joint-venture NHA.

The Swedish firm said it had raised its stake in Chinese seatbelt-maker Nanjing Honggouang-Autoliv Safety Systems to 70 percent from 50 percent but did not give a value for the transaction. NHA has annual sales of $50 million.
