OSLO, March 30 (Reuters) - Norwegian bank DnB NOR said it bought the auto financing business from Sweden's SEB , including cooperation agreements with about 200 Swedish car dealers.
"This acquisition will reinforce our establishment in the Swedish finance market," Stein Ove Steffensen, managing director of DnB NOR Finans said in a statement.
The value of the deal was not revealed. The portfolio totals some 2.4 billion Swedish crowns ($343 million), the bank said.
