Fiat-GM ties good but still differences-Agnelli

MILAN, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Fiat's relationship with General Motors is good but there are still differences between them, Fiat's new Chairman Umberto Agnelli told Italian television and radio on Friday.

GM has a 20 percent stake in Fiat Auto and Fiat has an option to force the U.S. giant to buy the rest from next year. Top managers from the two groups have been locked in talks for weeks on the future of Fiat's struggling car arm.
