Chevrolet Tops Most-Seen Auto Ads Chart

The No.1 spot for the week of July 29 touts Chevrolet’s All-Star Open House offering special savings on select ’19 Silverado models.

 

A Chevrolet ad inviting drivers to see for themselves why people are switching to the brand leads iSpot.tv’s latest ranking of the most-viewed automotive commercials – the ads with the highest number of impressions across national broadcast and cable TV airings.

The No.1 spot for the week of July 29 touts Chevrolet’s All-Star Open House offering special savings on select ’19 Silverado models.

Summer-themed sales promotions round out the ranking. At No.2, Hyundai wants to make “your summer better than ever” with its Epic Summer Clearance event, featuring savings on various ’19 models including the Tucson and Santa Fe.

Third place goes to Lincoln’s commercial that topped the chart last week, advertising its Summer Invitation Sales Event with deals on the ’19 MKC. This ad has the best iSpot Attention Index (143) in the ranking, getting 43% fewer interruptions than the average auto ad (interruptions include changing the channel, pulling up the guide, fast-forwarding or turning off the TV).

Infiniti’s fourth-place Summer Sales Event spot offers customers the chance to lease the ’19 QX50 Luxe for $379 a month and get a cash bonus.

Finally, Honda promises “plenty of joy” for customers who take advantage of its Summer Spectacular Event, during which special leasing and financing deals are available on select Accord and Civic models.
