India's Autoline decides not to buy Stokota

MUMBAI, June 20 (Reuters) - Indian vehicle parts maker Autoline Industries Ltd. said on Wednesday it terminated an acquisition agreement with Belgium's Stokota citing unspecified compliance issues.

In February, Autoline had agreed to buy 51 percent of Stokota's global operations for 668 million rupees in cash and stock.
