GM to file 'nominal' $100 mln IPO amount -source

NEW YORK, Aug 16 (Reuters) - General Motors Co [GM.UL] is expected to file initial public offering paperwork with U.S. regulators on Tuesday for a "nominal" $100 million, according to a source familiar with the process.
