WASHINGTON, April 21 (Reuters) - Truck parts manufacturer Accuride Corp. cut the number of shares and price of its expected initial public offering on Thursday from 13.9 million shares at $17 to $19 a share to 10 million shares at $10 to $12 a share, a regulatory filing showed.
