Toyota rolled out trucks, hybrids and special editions for its 2022 lineup at last week's media event at its North American headquarters, although the Corolla Cross was the star of the show.
The ’22 I-Pace lineup has been whittled from three trim levels to just one. The automaker says the single HSE trim will focus on quality and notes the new midsize luxury CUV will be driver-centric.
Standard for all ’22 Enclave trims is Buick Driver Confidence Plus, a suite of nine standard active safety features. Only rear park assist was standard on the previous Enclave, Buick says.
Pricing will start under $20,000 for the Maverick, which is being assembled in Hermosillo, Mexico, comes standard with a hybrid 4-cyl. powertrain and goes on sale this fall with a 4.5-ft. bed, four doors and room for five occupants.
All three new BMW BEVs will go on sale in the first quarter of 2022. The iX sports activity vehicle has an MSRP of $83,200, while the i4 eDrive40 starts at $55,400 and the i4 M50 at $65,900. And the iX M60 will arrive with more than 600 hp.
