Automotive manufacturers seek control – control of manufacturing processes and inventory, control of costs and profit, control of quality and customer satisfaction. Oftentimes, control is elusive as manufacturers deal with silo’d systems, poor or no use of critical business data, and lack of supply chain and production visibility. This webinar discusses desired outcomes, common roadblocks, and the tools manufacturers can use to manage their businesses from shop floor to top floor.
Attend this webinar to learn:
- How digital systems of record enable automotive manufacturers to take control of their business
- How connectivity, real-time visualization and data are used by leading manufacturers to manage the business in real time
- How integrated systems consolidate data silos, create a single version of manufacturing truth, and enable management, IT, supply chain and operations to make informed decisions.
