In his current position, Giles develops and introduces zirconium conversion coating technologies in the automotive industry. He holds a patent involving extending bath life of the surface conditioner stage within the zinc phosphate process. His previous work experience at Henkel includes positions in automotive research and development, technical service, marketing and business development. |
