The small-car is the third in a string of eight new models the auto maker plans to roll out in Thailand by 2015, as it looks to expand sales both there and throughout the Southeast Asia region.
The report says incentives such as grants for electric-van purchases and the London congestion-charge exemption must be sustained to offset the higher long-term cost of ultra-low-emissions van ownership.
