AutoSoft Traffic COP is a new e-tool that enforces dealership control and accountability of customer-relationship management efforts at dealerships.
That includes managing sales opportunities from the showroom floor, service drive, phone-ups, advertising media and online leads.
The system introduced by AutoSoft International features highly visible management oversight and enforces sales, service and parts department follow up.
AutoSoft says Traffic COP empowers salespersons and managers to e-pencil deals quickly, sending them through the system to complete the sale.
“It takes the facts and funnels them quickly into a deal without all the unnecessary flash,” says Curtis Watson, business manager at Jack Burford Chevrolet, Richmond, KY, who has been using the tool since last fall.
“We believe AutoSoft Traffic COP will get used, even by the least computer-oriented users,” says AutoSoft Chief Operating Officer Charlie Prophet.
