It was "Vandemonium" in Dearborn, MI, this week as owners of Ford Transit vans brought their vehicles to Ford world headquarters to display their creativity in outfitting the interiors for commercial and personal purposes. In celebrating the fast-growing work and recreational van segments, some 35 vehicles were showcased, from ambulances and prisoner transporters to traveling billboards, luxury conversions and delivery trucks. Ford says its Transit is the world's best-selling cargo van.
