Cuba looking to buy 8,000 Chinese buses - Castro

HAVANA, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Cuba is negotiating the purchase of 8,000 buses from China as part of a $1 billion plan to upgrade its aging transport system, Cuban President Fidel Castro said.
