Evaluating the "user experience" was the focus of WardsAuto editors who spent July and August testing 25 all-new or redesigned vehicles as part of the 2018 Wards 10 Best UX competition. Several automakers participated by sending their UX team members to demonstrate some of the vehicle attributes. Winning automakers received their trophies during a ceremony last week at the WardsAuto User Experience Conference in Novi, MI.
