Peugeot's latest compact BEV premieres in Switzerland this week.

Stellantis brand Peugeot reveals four battery-electric vehicles, including the world premiere of a new BEV, at this week’s Zurich auto show.

Leading the charge is the world debut of the Peugeot e-3008 fastback CUV, the brand’s first model to use Stellantis' new STLA Medium platform. The automaker claims this platform allows best-in-class performance in terms of range, claiming a maximum distance between charges of 435 miles (700 km) and a 10-minute recharge time good for 62 miles (100 km) of range. The e-3008 also offers connected services including a trip planner, smart charging, vehicle-to-load and over-the-air updates.

Inside the new Peugeot i-Cockpit offers a 21-in. (53-cm) curved floating high-definition panoramic screen bringing together the head-up display and the central touchscreen. The new car will be produced exclusively at the Sochaux plant in France and goes on sale in early 2024.

A refreshed e-208 B-segment hatchback BEV boasts an upgraded i-Cockpit interior with a new range of electric powertrains. The model follows on from its predecessor, the top-selling electric model in its segment in Europe since 2022. Now it boasts a new 115-kW (156-bhp) powertrain and a claimed extended range of 255 miles (410 km) on the European WLTP combined cycle.

Its larger sibling, the e-2008 B-segment SUV, best seller in its segment in Europe for more than three years, shares the e-208's upgraded powertrain, claiming a maximum range of 252 miles (406 km). Lastly, there’s the refreshed C-segment Peugeot e-308 which is now equipped with a 54-kWh battery pack and claims a range of more than of 256 miles (413 km) on the WLTP combined cycle rating. It is also available as a station wagon, one of few in the segment.
