General Motors Powertrain headquarters in Pontiac, MI, this week hosted a celebration to commemorate the automaker's two trophies as part of the 2014 Ward's 10 Best Engines competition. Several hundred powertrain engineers and designers attended as WardsAuto editors discussed the winning 2.0L turbodiesel in the Chevrolet Cruze and 6.2L LT1 V-8 in the new Chevrolet Corvette.
